In Conversation with Sukh Randhawa

 


Sukh Randhawa is a member of cine and TV artist association and has 15 years of experience in the field of acting. He has acted in many films & TV shows such as Takela Night, Love Exchange, Banga Bandhu directed by Shyam Benegal and many more. He has been part of many print commercials for leading brands such as Force Motors, Nokia, MTV and has also been part of calendar shoot and various web series.

 

Over the past 15 years you have worked for all kinds of platforms, be it the big screen, Television, digital which one is your personal favourite and why?

Pichle 15 saalon se mein iss field mei sakriya hu aur meine sabhi plateform pe kaam kia hai sabka apna apna rang h sabka apna apna  mahatva hai aur mujhe to in teeno plateform pe kaam karne ka anand aaya.

 

Some of your wow moments from your career? 

Wow moment to aisa hai ki pehli baar to mujhe khushi tab huyi jab meine pehli baar camera face kiya tha professional tor pe wo bhi paise milne the aur ye 2005 ki baat h tab ek serial aata tha Zee TV pe  Tumhari Disha usme ek chota sa character kia tha maine tab badi khushi hui thi Abhi recently meine ek shyam bhadra ji ke sath film ki h to tab mujhe bahut khushi hui thi ki ek bade director ke sath film ki hai unke sath har koi kaam karna chahta tha wo mere liye yaadgaar pal tha.

 


OTT has already taken over cinema do you think cinema halls and theatres are going to be the history?

OTT sector aa chuka hai abhi dekhiye ab pariwartan to sansar ka niyam hai har cheez kuch samay ke baad nyi aa jaati hai purani chali jaati hai Pehle VCR hote the but ab cassette ka jamana hai to ye sab ek prakriya hai aur me bhi isko aise hi leta hu jaise lena chahiye.

 

Do you think nepotism exists? 

Dekhiye jaha tak nepotism ki baat hai to ye har field mein hai aap politics me lelo, aap business mein lelo, aap apni property apne baccho ko deke jayenge na to ye iss field mein bhi hai, ye ek manav swabaav hai aadmi apni jaidaad apni priority ke hisab se dete hai iske baare mein to Jaisa sab jagah hai waisa yahan bhi hai.

 

Tell us about your upcoming projects?

Dekhiye upcomin coming project ke mamle mein aisa hai ki bahut saari cheese, baat cheet chalti rehti hai aur film line mein sab kuch achanak ho jata hai jiski bahut zyada planing karte hain wo kaam hota hi nahi hai aur achanak se koi bich mein se nya nikal ke aajata hai bahut si jagah baat cheet chal rahi hai bht si jagah setting wetting chal rhi hai to kuch bhi kehna mushkil hota hai iss line mein badi unconditional line hai ye.

 


Any advice for newcomers who want to enter this world of glamour?

Dekhiye jo new comers aate hain unke liye to meri yahi Salah hai puri taiyyari karke aaye, zyada mamlo mein to ye hota hai ki log chakachond dekh ke aajate hain, oh stardom hai, paisa hai wo sab milta hai but ek mukaam pe pahuchne ke baad uske pehle bahut ghisai hoti hai aur iske liye koi taiyyar nahi hota hai wo sochte hain ki mumbai jayenge inse baat hojayegi, unse baat hojayegi, iska film karenge, uska film krenge, to aapke andar ek dhairya hona chahiye aur ek training lijiye theatre se lijiye jaha se bhi lijiye aapka uccharan ispashth hona chahiye, body language thik honi chahiye, baht saare bahut bada subject hai ye. Ye aisa nahi hai ki kuch nahi kar rhe hain to acting kar lete hain ye apne aap mein ek bahrt bada subject hai ye ek kala hai aur mumbai mein aapke rehne ka long stay ka plan hona chahiye, chat mangni pat shadi wala kaam to hota nahi hai logo ki zindgiya nikal jaati hain log sochte hain ki aisa hojayega waisa hojayega aapke pass itna hona chahiye paisa ki aap survive kar saken kai saalo tak, bante bante bante ek process hai aapko process mein bahyt time lag jata hai, puri tayari ke sath aaye aur dhairya ke sath aayen aur apna kaam puri imaandari se Karen.
